Why sfscells get told to bimax when their maxilla isnt recessed in most cases? Wouldnt bsso be the right thing? 🤔🤔🤔 Same goes for people with overjet?

It is recessed. If your maxilla wasn’t recessed, your mandible wouldn’t be either and you’d have a perfect bite

How if their maxilla stays the same and just the lower jaw reccess? It looks weird cause the front teeth turns inward making lips look weird?

Is there any highiqcell left to explain why would h get still bimax and not bsso when u have good maxilla?

It depends on the case, many sfcel have a vertically short maxilla and so need bimax in order to downgraft and increase the length

if my jaw wont be fucked by then , yes i will do. Also you are also a grey jfl
Niggas coping with bimax all the time and just walk reccessed or just get genio 99% of the time

If you have an underbite your lower jaw may potentially be very forward so upper maxilla isn’t come forward as well with potentially some rotation of the jaws for ideal bite

Underbite = ccw, Deep bite = Bsso. or im wrong? if the maxilla is forward grown.

bullshit, but depends on your actual bite/ bite class.

let's get example
you have 4mm recession jaw to maxilla.
So by doing only BSSO you get +4mm jaw = correct bite

do bimax , let's push maxilla +3 mm , will make your nose smaller and will provide better breathing as well
so we push jaw by 7 mm to get correct bite.

better to get +7mm than only 4

My result: ( full bimax with genioplasty so trimax) https://yourimageshare.com/ib/BiW62wVl3O
wasn't recessed in anyway, class 1 Bite but pushed both upper maxilla and lower jaw +1 cm
