Yes because ur jaw is not 100% parallele to frankfort plane.
The more it is parallele the less vertical size increase will be noticeable.

It will not impact chin height cuz the bsso cut is far behind, chin height stays the same

I mean if we advance the mandible diagonally downwards instead of horizontal Advancement

Remember that moving bone, lips stay the place horizontaly. U cant move like you want. If you move mandible too low then ur bottom teeth wont show when speaking or smiling

go for genio if you want chin height
