I’m not sure exactly what it’s called I think giant named it his invention or some shit it’s a bsso but the plates and screws are also a implant

dont know exactly what u mean but ig gonial implant results sgould match bsso implants well

yea i think the results are similar to regular gonial implants in addition to lengthening mandible
