your maxilla is decent but you have a bit of downgrowth
lf1 with rotation can help e lot
btw bimax is bsso+lf1
this is bimax
you can get both in the same surgery

But i doubt any surgeon here in the Netherlands will perform bimax on me.
Especially at 17, BSSO can still be done here at 17 tbh.

I'll prolly go for BSSO + genio since i could use some chin width tbh.
If i'll ever go fully ham on surgeries etc it'd be.

BSSO + genio or Bimax genio (depends tbh)
Buccal fat removal
First trying dark circles clinic in london if that doesn't work infraoribtal rim implants

Tbh I dont trust Dutch doctors/ surgeon unless they are really blackpilled. Too much focussed on health and not on aesthetics, especially Dutch orthodontics. I think the price is average. for my BSSO I have to pay 3.3k and for lefort 1 also 3.3k that's excluding braces and extra care.
