Bucal fat pad removal

For anyone that did this surgery or know better about it, i have a couple of questions.

Are the results generally weird/uncanny like Jordan Barret? Or did him just removed 100% of his bucal fat? Also, I'm 10,6% bf and still have a bloated face with a big jaw width, would you guys recommend it or a masseter botox would suit it better or reaching 7% bf maybe would fix it? I have heard it makes you look older too, is it true?

I'm at my twenties bro, i think i have genetically full cheeks, this is why i'm asking. I have posted pictures of myself, you can see it. But thanks for the answer.

I've done the procedure u can check my acc for proof, the weird uncanny look is what happens when already lean mfs remove the buccal pad completely, I've removed it partially and i get asked if im a model all the time if thats the sorta look youre going for. Id recommend it if youre diet is already good (sodium, carb, alch) intake are checked cuz 7% is not sustainable. I cant really tell without a pic but masseter botox might make you look slimmer but wont fix bloat
