I will be getting fat dissolvers done in my buccal fat pads to get the coveted OG curve. I made a thread about how I was planning on doing it DIY but I assessed the risk to reward and I noticed it was extremely lob sided. I’m going to need at most 2 sessions since I’m already very lean, I hope I only need to do one as I’m not going more than 2 sessions (I could’ve just gotten the buccal fat removal surgery) I’m doing this instead of surgery for somewhat slow and controlled results and it’s also more installment like when injecting kybella. I will be doing it tomorrow and will update you guys on the results. if it’s too easy I will do it diy for my next session myself.

what are you injecting? how did it go?

i advise you to not do this, save yourself the trouble

i’m talking from experience btw i have a picture of what it looks like for me after injection months later
what happened you had nerve damage?

possibly, i’m going to the doctor soon abt it. but im sure the solution is trapped in skin, making me look more bloated than before
does it make you look subhuman or just perma bloat

it's either you have the bones or you don't bro, the best you can do is let your jaw hang a little low to stretch the skin out of your face more, I can't imagine any of my boneless normies friends with hollow cheeks without them either looking to gaunt, uncanny, malnourished, or a combination of all 3. Only do this procedure if you genetically store a fuck ton of fat in your face, you could also just have bruxism too rather then a lot of hereditary facial fat, in short, there are to many risks and so little pros

If you're of @Evgeniy291 case, then yes buccal fat removal would work for you, if you can barely see your jawline, stay away bro

I understand the argument but i am not boneless. I have hollow cheeks in some lighting i wanted more perma hollows. And also thats kinda the point of a buccal fat remooval to highlight the vheekbones and jaw. Its like saying jordan barett, gigii hadid or zoe kravitz hollows look bad when they obviously dont.

I would pm you my pics but im so scared of being doxxed lol. I have assessed myself and i have a good base for it

Week 2 - most of the swelling has gone down. My friends probably won’t notice it now results should start showing from next week. Slight contouring could happen this week but not likely till next week.
