yeah some celebrities get botched but you choose how much u want off probably though right and even then tbh i'd choose looking mogger when ur young and looking a tad older when ur 30 lol over "aging better"

You should consider it, Im in the talk with a max surgeon recently cuz i have unnaturally high buccal pads, but thats a unique case, most people in their 20s (especially men) have low buccal pads and should just lose body fat.

i have the same issue as you and we would have the same pheno if I wasn't half white which makes me look like a borderhopper. still haven't thought abt buccal fat removal since it fucks up aging later on, better to just wait.

cope i dont want to look like an agecel. rn I am the opposite and I wouldn't trade my youthful appearance to look better temporarily just to look like a roided up fag for the rest of my life.
