READ THIS THREAD IN FUCKING DARK MODE!!
Copying and pasting this thread into Google might bring up a few sources, but only because this information is so new, that this post is basically a Frankenstein's Monster.
Some of it is copy and paste [90% of the copypaste being at the Liposuction on Demand bit though this does not mean 90% of that section IS copy and paste, for the sub 80 iq retards], though I'd never copy and paste anything that I haven't read first and understood.
I only have not wrote it myself because the source explains it well enough, so there is no point in over complicating it.
“An idiot admires complexity, a genius admires simplicity, a physicist tries to make it simple, for an idiot anything the more complicated it is the more he will admire it, if you make something so clusterfucked he can't understand it he's gonna think you're a god cause you made it so complicated nobody can understand it." - Terry. A. Davis.

CBL-514
Fat Loss on Demand.
CBL-514 is a Cheap, Safe fat destroying drug. It is locally administered via Injection. [similiar to Lipolab] It is extremely new on the scene so you unless you live in a high populated US city you probably won't be getting it until mid 2026. CBL-514 has a counterpart that has a similiar chemical structure that goes under the brand name "Kybella."
Kybella unfortunately, despite being very effective, is not safe and has many side effects. [Non systemic, but side effects nonetheless], so I would just wait until CBL-514's release, as it has proven to be much much safer.

Mechanism of Action
The Method Behind CBL-514
CBL-514 causes programmed cell death, or apoptosis: it's clean and controlled! The difference between CBL-514 and Kybella is that whilst CBL-514 causes Programmed fat cell death, Kybella [and also LipoLab] kills the fat cells by Rupturing them. This is like killing someone by poisoning them, with 0 mess, vs cleaving their head off with a double-barreled shotgun. The way Kybella kills Fat cells causes Inflammation which can obviously lead to the opposite affect you want when pursuing Fat loss.
pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Together, these results suggest that CBL-514 functions by inducing adipocyte cell death by apoptotic mechanism, thus reducing subcutaneous fat in the treatment area. In support of this, the current early Phase IIa study now shows that CBL-514 reduces abdominal subcutaneous fat, which we believe occurs through adipocyte apoptosis and lipolysis. We therefore expect CBL-514 to produce favorable outcomes in subcutaneous fat reduction in other body areas, regardless of size.

Efficacy of a Novel Injection Lipolysis to Induce Targeted Adipocyte Apoptosis: A Randomized, Phase IIa Study of CBL-514 Injection on Abdominal Subcutaneous Fat Reduction - PMC
CBL-514 is a novel injectable drug that may be safe and efficacious for localized abdominal subcutaneous fat reduction. The aim of this study was to assess the safety and efficacy of CBL-514 in reducing abdominal subcutaneous fat volume and ...

Results of CBL-514 Injections
The actual Results, based on Studies.
Participants in this study were given 4 Injections throughout 12 weeks, once every 4 weeks. They were told to [and tested whether or not they did] maintain their current weight in a narrow range. Despite the weight maintenance, the participants had significant fat loss in the target area.
Comparing this to Kybella's 10-15mL range, and LipoLab's 50mL range, whilst also keeping in mind the fact that LipoLab has no specific studies on it, and the fact that Kybella, proven through studies is less safe than CBL-514. These results are fucking insane.

Side Effects?
Unlike LipoLab, CBL-514 has...

...basically no systemic side effects and seem to be completely local, and no adverse effects beyond what you'd expect from giving people large injections. To be sure, almost everyone in the sample had an injection site side effect like pain or warmth, but they resolved fast.

Liposuction on Demand
No more gymcelling to get rid of gut fat.

This is the result of a 46 year old women, much less healthy than you or me, who had a big gut. I would say this is the equivalent of a male with 25% bodyfat. On the right, by the 7th CBL-514 injection, the equivalent of 13-17% bodyfat body fat, something that would literally take around 6 Months. for the average man.

You might be wondering something right about now, "with typical, massive fat loss, you see saggy skin that might even need surgery." With this, "participants exhibited little or no skin laxity following fat loss."
That's right, targeted weight loss, no skin removal required.
Though, because maybe with really large fat loss, we'll still see skin sagging. But at least in typical use, it seems hopeful. What's more, this might even be usable to help manage saggy skin in a noninvasive way.
Oh, and by the way, CBL-514 helps with cellulite.

And the most amazing part of all of this is that this product is a small molecule drug. It's going to be cheap to manufacture in bulk, so consumers will be able to get all the benefits of liposuction, without scarring, on the cheap.
Expect low, low prices and no shortages.

On the Topic of GLP-1s
Is it an Alternative to GLP-1s for the fatcels reading this?
CBL-514's main purpose is to get rid of visible Subcutaneous fat [on body] and facial fat, around the thyroid and cheeks. GLP-1s, which are used to get rid of visceral fat, don't work on alot of people, so if you're wondering if this can act as an alternative, probably not. BUT, for people using GLP-1s, CBL-514 can help contour the weight loss and polish it visually, so you won't look like a freak with bulging stomach subcutaneous fat with no fat on the rest of your body.
