If you have a lot of face fat chances are you are unhealthy. And if you try to lean down eating shit you wont be getting a lean face at all since you will have a lot of visceral fat that you cannot see.

Nah if u are low bf and still bloated it means u got a lot of visceral fat and should work on ur diet by increasing insulin sensitivity for example.

Yea thats what i used to believe. Its way easier to blame genetics than to work for it. The marketing they do about that surgery that its genetic and blablabla sure is convincing too.
It didnt do anything at all. 3-4 months after I got it having seen that nothing had changed at all I completely changed my diet and lost 8kg while gaining muscle. I am finally lean and still losing more weight. Its a waste of money.
