You gotta do that with lower third augmentation (and skin stretching) otherwise your skin is gonna sag.

this. she got also chin surgery but the hollow cheek effect is cheated by makeup contouring. dead giveaway is the shading being too flat while at the same time so wide. with a cheekbone shadow so wide you would see different levels of shading instead of just one plain color. Another dead giveaway is that shadow connecting with the mouth corner. a zygo shadow never reaches that forward and far, specially when you can clearly see she still has fat cheeks (nasolabial fat). It also ends too low, reaching the upper lip, no cheekbones/zygos reach that low, even if low set. Even the color is bad, its a reddish hue while all the other shadows in her face have a yellowish hue due to her skin tone. big fail at contouring
