Im around 16-17% bf but without lighting i pretty much look bloated will there be a massive difference when im 12% bf i want hallow cheeks or there wont be a big difference?

It depends on your fat distribution gens and muscle mass but most of the time 16bf doesn't look fat

not much of a difference. just low bonemass or a bloat

most fat in men is in the belly area so there wont be much of a difference in your face, still, your genetics factor everything so your distribution can be different
