You can lose cheek fat and your overall face fat, but the only way you will ever lose actual buccal fat is if you remove it. PS: you don’t need to remove buccal fat for hollow cheeks, just debloat by not eating sodium and junk.

Yeah i’m 16 and i’ve realised we are too young for this shit i would fast for days each week just to debloat until i realised i was just fucking ruining my bone devlopment and capping my height. Best to just eat good in your teenage years for optimal growth and focus on bodyfat percentage later.
