yeah or u had a wisdom teeth removed or any oral/dental work. allergic reaction works too, and ofc u can say u have gotten a sinus infection if ur primarily swollen on / around your cheeks.

I've progressed a bit in Uni I'm in my last year now and have a bit more disposable income hence why I decided to get BFR, I might get a tiny bit of chin filler once its healed up as I could really do with a little more width (Eventually I'll Genio when I get trimax but atm waiting until 25 to do osteotomies as I cba to shell out 25k atm and have too much on my plate).

Other than that not much has changed, still a bit of a mess mentally and cant approach girls or talk to people in public .
Still a KHHV although I do see escorts now (Doesn't really count tho).
