I feel like a broken record at this point but I’m genuinely trying to help... we know looks are important we know what we have to do, yet some of us still struggle to do the right habits I’ve liked too tell you what allowed me too train 6x a week 3h a day and eat clean 100% of the time... and meditate, journal and post on my yt(low effort videos but doesn’t really count I’m much more interested in the information in them then the actual video) but anyways...

Mindset-
Habits will take a long time to show results don’t get discouraged ur efforts are not being wasted their being stored, growth is linear it’s exceptional... (think of a graph and a hockey stick where it’s flat for a long time and then it suddenly shoots up

Identity- don’t skip over this part it’s not wooowoo bullshit, u fight tooth and nail too aline with an identity, the reason u jack off 6x a day and lay in bed mouth breathing only to get up to eat some shit food is because you see yourself as a loser so u treat yourself like one.
Start building undeniable proof that you an an X identity each time you have a decision tell yourself what would a healthy person do, or what would a YouTuber do, etc...

I wanna skip over the (make it easy, make it attractive part type advise) and go straight ahead to actual practical steps

- make a time table time block ur tasks,
Do the hardest task first thing in the morning for me it’s Nucleus overload then gym... I haven’t missed a workout in months then I make a YouTube video and come back and edit it, if I only do these things my day was a success it moved the needle forward

The more you track the more ways you have to win making it satisfying and accountable... I have a habit tracker and a training log I chase PRs with I read 4h a day I sleep 12h a day most of yalls sleep fucked yo and wonder y u feel like shit

Each time you don’t feel like doing some is the exact reason u should do it, it’s callous ur mind it builds ur self discipline skill, self discipline is like a muscle

No idea how I’d do all this shit if I was working. And I’m still barely MTN.

Thx for this

What else? And I agree with the sleeping part, chimps and gorillas sleep up to 12 hours a day, so it would make sense that it implies to us as well
