building muscle

im 15 soon turning 16 im 190cm and 73kg
ive been skinny for a long time at least since i got tall. to build muscle do i need to bulk or is getting my protein the only important thing. aswell i dont want to eat a lot of carbs cause i heard they bloat you and im not sure if they are needed. i only focus on them pre workout
 
What are your goals? If you want to gain muscle and lose fat then eat around 0.8g of protien per lb, and eat in a calorie defecit. Make sure to train 3-5 times a week and get good rest. If u want to bulk eat in a calorie surplus with same protien, 200-300 more cals a day then ur matinence. Also dirty bulking never the answer
