Is it worth fixing a bulbous nose if you have a long midface or will it just make your midface look even longer

Philtrum would look longer though wouldn't it?if the tip is droopy / bulbous, it will make your midface look shorter if you fix it
Well the sub nasal would remain the same though so the Philtrum would not be any longer, unless you have a giga philtrum it’s a good trade for it to look longer and the midface to look shorter.Philtrum would look longer though wouldn't it?
Can u bring the alar base down to make the philtrum shorterWell the sub nasal would remain the same though so the Philtrum would not be any longer, unless you have a giga philtrum it’s a good trade for it to look longer and the midface to look shorter.
Unless you are changing the alar base? Then that will change the philtrum length.
I think soCan u bring the alar base down to make the philtrum shorter
I would’ve thought fixing a bulbous/wide nose would make the midface look shorter as it reduces the overall ‘compresses’ appearance of the misfaceif the tip is droopy / bulbous, it will make your midface look shorter if you fix it
What about alar width? Will less make your midface seem even more compressed? I sometimes consider getting mine reduced even though I'm pretty sure mine is totally fine, just to improve my nose to mouth ratio.if the tip is droopy / bulbous, it will make your midface look shorter if you fix it
