bulbous nose (ethnic nose)

i have a ethnic blubous nose and i didn’t find any surgeon that could make this type of nose slimmer and natural do someone know one that could ? Please (not EXPENSIVE tho)

the only way that's achievable is if they shave ur nostrils making ur breathing worse ,otherwise u'd need 2 procedures with a very experienced surgeon

Eren Boldaz, but his results look a bit uncanny, but he reduces width of the nasal base a lot.
