How long have you used it

Interesting. What Retin-a do you use? Differin or something stronger? Do you apply daily and in what order?

I use 0.05% gel and i use it every night because my skin has built up enough tolerance then apply hydrocortisone after on the nose

What are the side effects? I can look at my nose right now and say it looks thinner indeed . Havent expirenced any sides yet

Topical steroids do have bad withdrawal effects if you stop applying them (google it) don't know how sustainable it is to put hydrocortisone on nose for extended periods of time but not 100% sure on this. I think Retin-a can be used for longer periods as long as you religiously apply sunblock every day multiple times a day. Has the retin-a alone made any difference?

Retin a definitely made the oil glands go away , less blackheads my nose has like a shiny glow . It definitely could have helped but i use them both do it’s hard to say what really thinned my nose

you can thin the skin via dermapen and fibrolast. Many noses have thick skin, that‘s why it‘s less pointy even after surgery

Fibroplast? Please elab , is this a surgical procedure and how much will it cost?

In Germany it costs only a few hundred Euro. And it‘s safe.

„The plasma pen works with modern plasma technology. Gas from the environment is converted into an arc and used for treatment. This application is gentle on the skin and can treat very precisely and selectively selected skin areas. The skin outside the area to be treated is protected. This is a great advantage over surgery or laser treatment. Immediate treatment is possible for smaller skin areas. A numbing cream is sufficient for the treatment.“

i've heard only bad things about it and all doctors advice against it. Has it made your nose tip slimmer or sharper? Or just overall thinnier? Because if it makes the nose sharper its really good but doubt so

Is that a before and after? nothing noticeable tbh

Do you think this is better than tiplasty, and are the effects permanent?

It's mostly for nose skin from what I've seen, PRP treatment can do the same, is cheaper and has many more uses

DIY latisse/latanprost/retin a/hydrocortisone or tip plasty mogs for bolbous nose cels

Be careful not to remove too much cartilage or else you'll end up with a nasty ass pinched nose (surgerycels)

Rib Cartilage/Ear cartilage but especially Rib as it's stronger, mogs for Rhinoplasty (for recessed nose cels)

tf is hydrocortisone?
what does it do?

So you used two types of creams? Retin A and hydrocortisone? I have blackheads on my nose and it gets oily anyway so would this shit benefit me?
