bulk or cut on rad

current physique before 10 mg 8 week rad cycle.

i know rad is not smart, so dont even try to talk me out of it. but should i cut down even further all while putting on more size? or bulk hard during the cycle than cut aftewards.

i’ve been told im like 13.5% bodyfat if that changes anything

Neither, try to maintain while eating whatever your body wants, that's the best advice you'll ever get (eat more meat)
