I go to the gym 4-5 times each week. If i bulk, can i add muscle/bone mass to my face?

Just eating loads of food wont change your face unless u gain fat. If ur young and in ur teens now ur face should change anyway though. Most 18 year olds obv dont look like fully grown adults.
 
if you have young bone age, workout properly and live the right life style can increase the amount of bone mass compared to if you lived a normal modern life style. genetics and epigenetics factors out of your control also play a big part in this to so dont get your hope up to much unless you 100% certain you have both
