I need advice on how I can bulk while still waking up at 1pm. I only could fit in 2700 cals tdy out of the 3500. what foods should I get I dont care if they are filled w sugar and shit I went thru 6 boxes of cinnamon toast crunch in 2 weeks. so far boost protein has been good to me but I need better foods that arent filling but high calorie.(dont say olive oil its obvious)
