As much as everyone hates gymcels you can't deny that bulking or even getting big with muscle takes a lot of time and dedication, to get more muscle meat on all the body areas means you have to have full control of your diet, workouts and need a lot of knowledge and discipline to maintain and build more muscle while gaining weight somehow, each time I've tried to bulk I've always lost weight and my diet would break like the next day, so if you see someone who's big and has a lot of muscle he probably has a lot of money too, not a bad option for foids.
