I’ve been clean bulking on home cooked meals - lifting 6x a week and kickboxing 4-5x a week the last 2-3 months and my physique is lookin mogger, way more DOM. My face isn’t even that more puffy if anything looks healthier and skin is smoother.
I’m gonna continue this for a couple months then cut for a month and I’ll have a Yoel Romero physique inshallah
