It's hard but it is doable with high calorie foods. Drinking your calories also makes it a lot easier.

Look for
Heavy whipping cream (NOT whipped cream) = 800 calories per cup
Almonds, brazil nuts = 200 calories per 1/4 cup
Sunflower seeds = 360 calories per cup
High fat Greek yogurt
Whole milk
Juice = 120-150 calories per cup (most juices)
Rice, especially jasmine rice
3 eggs = 240 calories with a lot of protein

Etc.
 
I’ve been bulking on 4000-4500 cals for the last 7 months, gone from 77kg to 87kg currently, from around 9%bf to 13%bf currently and I’ve eaten only junk food and sub 150g of protein a day, healthy/lean bulking is cope, just eat junk food easy cals

Same my body is completely bugged. I ate 3000 calories for months and apparently should weigh close to 120kg according to that calculator. Meanwhile i weigh around 68kg constantly

it does matter. Everything you eat affect you in some sort of way. Junk food can cause inflammation in liver, stomach, intestine. If u eat clean u get micro, macronutrients, vitamins which are essential to produce right hormonal profile.
