So I want to bulk but when ever I start even for like 2-3 weeks I stop because I can not bear looking in the mirror and looking ugly and bloated. I have heard of boxers bulk it’s basically just bulking for like 3weeks then cutting agin and then repeating that process. Does this even work? will it help with my problem? I just hate being skinny I get “bullied” for it and I personally can’t bear looking in the mirror wile bulking. Will I just have to bite through and think it’s gonna be worth the proses?
