I've been trying to bulk over the last year but been inconsistent with meals and no way of knowing how many calories I'm eating.
my goal is to get to 75 kg by the end of next year. does anyone know any good supplements, meal preps, recommended calorie trackers and tips to put on weight in a semi healthy way?
and no, I'm not going to pin anything yet, though i will research what you say.
 
my fitness pal to track calories go in a like 300-500 surplus while training at high intensity with low volume
