Bulking while keeping face lean

I gotta bulk back up for sports and I took a hard cut from 225lbs to 160ish at 6 foot. Im happy with results, cheeks and jaw less fat (obv) only thing is a little less under eye support. Is their any way to bulk while keeping most of face lean. Is fat dissolvers my only way? Or anything else.

No, just dont be bloated, eat relatively healthy even under your bulk (lean bulk), and do consistent cardio and lifting.

bulking adds bf%, you can't keep any part of the body lean while increasing bf

Wouldn’t cardio be counter intuitive because I should be in a caloric surplus so that would be holding me back?

cardio burns fat but muscle weighs more than fat, lean bulking is slower but its the build u need for sports either way. If u lift during this period as well itll be easier to build muscle, and cardio also happens to be good for sports.

Like you said, the only way is fat dissolvers, but those require 3-4 sessions to see good results. After each session you're face will be puffy and swollen for 1-2 weeks and each session has a downtime of around 4 weeks, so it kinda defeats the whole point unless you're willing to sacrifice this bulk for future ones.

Can I bulk and do the fat dissolvers at the same time?

You should be fine, use a 6-8mm needle, pinch, lift then pin. That should reduce the risk of hitting a facial motor nerve or any vessels as they are usually deeper than 10mm. But still be cautious.

Thanks I’ll find some tuts on Yt also am I gonna age like shit like once my face fully matures (fat pads) in my mid 20s
