First, I want to clarify one thing: 99.99% of these bullies are average or unattractive.

Part 1: Why Do Good-Looking Guys Rarely Use Violence?
They don’t need to prove anything—they're already superior to others.
Girls treat them well, so they’re not bitter about life.
They’re already hated by normies just for their looks. If a good-looking guy uses violence on a weaker kid, all the jealous normies will gang up on him.
PART 2: Bully vs Beard frauders
Beard frauders don’t want other beard frauders to get caught. Why?
To prevent people from associating beards with a weak jaw.
However, beard frauders get caught so many times that people start to realize the truth.
Now, relating this to bullies:

Justin Bieber faced more hostile actions than all the nerds in the world combined.

See the similarity? They want to believe rich people are evil, so it’s fine to rob them

Girls often imply to the bully that their strength—the only thing they have—is worthless by simping over a soft pretty boy,
Some genuinely believe that despite their low IQ, they’ll achieve more success than the smart kid because they have "connections" and confidence.
Normal people think being friends with Elon Musk = connections.
Bullies think being friends with low-IQ criminals = connections.
These delusions last until high school ends.
Then reality hits: most end up in low-level jobs.
Confidence means nothing when you’re working as a janitor.
And if a bully is Mark Zuckerberg's friend, he will work at Facebook--as a janitor
Life isn’t like a self-help book, where the dumb but confident guy becomes the boss and the smart guy becomes his servant
To cope with their pain, some former bullies go online and brag about their past as bullies,like the guy i mentioned above.
