All modern women virtue signal to appear more virtuous. They want to improve their perceived image and acquire brownie points by appearing nice. Ofc all of it is fake.

This is why euthanasia should be broadly legalized for more then just very sick old patients. The quality of life is so terrible for him its fucked. He will die forever alone. I don't know how good the surgeries are for skin grafting but from the results I have seen a lot fo them tend to look uncanny and you can tell they had work done.
