So today 25 thousand steps 4h walking and 750 calories burned

That’s less than a burger

That’s why instead of burning calories, you should cut on calories. That’s how I lost weight, I went from 85 kg to 62 kg in a few months through a diet, no exercising whatsoever.

Don't make yourself miserable if it's hard for u
 
Just don't eat lol, I know it sounds simple but overtime your body will force it's self to go according to your changes in diet and food consumption. I could go days without eating just by bad habit
