Its post study work visa. Basically a lottery system that decides if you can work in the US after your degree.The H-1B visa is employer-sponsored meaning you need a job offer from a U.S. company willing to file your application and like I said things went down exactly how I predicted nothing happened, if you knew anything about how tech companies work this shouldnt even be suprising. Didn't some SFcels propose labeling Hispanics "White" so they could no longer worry about "muh Great Replacement."

I wonder why they just haven't pushed for that yet. Even SFcels here claim to love Latinos more than Curries and Muslims.

It'd be a win-win situation cause even Latinos who look like Pele will gladly accept being "White."

Ironically more of them have been IDing as "Some Other Race" since 2020 but a good number do ID as White still.
