this is probably the most tariffs it will be, trump wants other countries to drop THEIR tariffs not the tariffs themself. with some countries like canada and isreal already willing to drop their own ones to 0 (israel already did it) just so he doesnt rape them, all the other ones lose their solidarity, he can fuck them over however he wants and they know it, especially the smaller countries. they will all most likely slowly give in until usa is in a better position than it was before
