I've got my ordered Atlantic mackerel delivered to me now.

My Atlantic producer of the fish lists this information:
26 grams of fat per 100 grams.
18 grams of protein.

A nutrition data website for Atlantic mackerel lists:
14 grams of fat per 100 grams.
18 grams of protein
Omega 3. 2.5 grams.
DHA. 1.4 grams.

This could mean, there are some, utmost north's mackerel producers, and their fish is different in nutrition.

It has 1.85 times more fat. We can assume it has 1.8 times more DHA, being 2.6 grams per 100 grams. This is aligning with the upper limit of DHA, of mackerels, per AI.

Conclusion? We should buy Utmost Northern fish, and get maximum DHA and nutrition from fish.

Fun fact.
How long will it take to accumulate 1 kilogram ball of DHA fat inside your body if you ate 500 grams of high north mackerel everyday?
In a day you will accumulate 13 grams of DHA, and to get to 1 kilo of DHA it will take 77 days, or roughly 3 months.
In a year you would have utilized 4.7 kilograms of DHA.
This is what I call a mitochondrial and cellular paradise!
