hgh doesnt work if you dont have a deficiency in the first place, here a simple experiment: fill a glass with water to the brim and pour more into it, do you get more water into the glass? Well at 70kg thats a good dose. Heavier people would need even more. For example 90kg ideally would be using around 20iu
