Buzz Mogs my hair???

I know the face card is a little bit brutal, but should I buzz again or keep the long hair and do something with it. Also thoughts on the goatte?

My hair never works when ever I want it to, I use salt spray but that dries out my scalp and makes it flaky, although when i don’t use salt spray it doesent get flaky, even with products like salt spray and cream, my hair never listens and just falls down. Even out the shower shit is frizzy as fuck.

your eye area is good. Grow goatee to make your chin more manly and wide and also cover up your philtrum by bit, but make sure to get modern goatees like the thin stache + goatee combo

You didn't just change the haircut, you changed skin quality and debloated as well as properly texturizing your hair on the buzz cut version. Your forehead is on the bigger side so maybe consider longer hair.
