caffeine for eyes

i made nescafe coffee with just like 1/5 cup of water and 2-3tbsps of coffee put it on cotton and i put it on my eyes for around 20 mins it genuinely changed my area i know its temporary but if i keep doing it i think it will help alot i struggle with lines not dark cicrlces but i just wanted to knowis this the correct way of doing it (other then caffeine serum) and is the nescafe coffee on the cotton thing is safe?

it's because of the caffeine probably no "correct way of doing it" other than caffeine serum mirin name btw
