caffeine from coffee is looksmax, no calories, increases metabolism so can make you leaner. also gives you energy to put in harder work at the gym. 99% looksmax, only con is that it makes your teeth yellow.

on what specific part of your looks youre trying to improve, caffeine is a diuretic so its good for stuff like debloating, but its also a vasoconstrictor so its bad for stuff like PE, so whether caffeine is good or bad for you depends on what youre focusing on
