Caffeine makes me more tired after it wears off

There's something like caffeine crash.

Idk, had not take a large dose of caffeine, and my pres are non-stim, caffeine-free.

Had the same feeling too, but idk if it was because of DMAA

Caffeine doesn't give you more energy it just takes away the feeling of being tired
