Brutal framepill, as everyone already knows if you have a small skeleton, you cant even build much muscle because your bones are too weak to carry that mass.

This is the calculator to know your muscle mass potential according to your frame.

True, the more robust your skeleton is the more muscle can you put but maximum muscular potential isn't everything. Insertions and overall skeletal tapering matter more. David Laid has bird bones but he has great wide clavicles and narrow hips, he is like 188-191cm and 88-91kg and looks absolutely jacked.
I'am 191cm and 90kg but just look fit at that weight due to having a more robust frame (wider ribcage and wider hips). I'll probably need to weigh like 105+ kg to even come remotely close to him.
Another thing is that the more robust your frame the more you'll suck at things like gymnastics and agility based athletics.

Mogs me tbh, my desired aesthetic was always lean and agile rather than big and clunky tbh. I'll trade frames with you if you want :lul:

ofc there are ways to make ur frame better but unless you use roids, you cant surpass that limit that's predetermined by your frame

I have small ankles and small wrists (8.5 inches and 6.5 inches) although i think small ankles are good for sprinting

what did u expect from this forum lol
all my measurements are average btw
im not expecting genetic freaks my nigga, although its average, its good to know ur not gonna be lanky after gymcelling, bc some people have shit genetics, and that is the main point of using that calculator.

someones gotta be above average here
gymcelling genes dont mean shit when we have roids

they do matter, some bodybuilders still look bigger than others even tho all are roided, the higher ur natural potential is, the faster you can reach bigger muscle size when roiding.

someone with lower natural potential than you would havecto roid for a longer time to reach the muscle size you'd reach with roids in a shorter time frame

nobody cares about muscle mass its all about proportion.

having david laid tier proportions >>> having regular body builder muscle mass
