well in studies they use astronomically high ai doses, I wouldn't recommend that though. I use 2.5mgs letro 2x a week and growth plates open. I'm 16 rn and my bday are in march plates are still all good. Aromasin I had the least sides with I used 12.5mgs mon-Fri. as for dealing with sides, I have no clue, I'm 279 days in of nuked-extremely low est and now I don't feel shitty mental spikes whenever I take my ai dose.
