Hey nofappers, this quarantine shit has made me into a hardcore Coomer and I've regressed on everything.
Want to know what is peoples experience of nofap, how did it benefit you?

It gave me more self-confidence and more extroversion in dealing with women. I also feel more energetic and motivated when I am on nofap. Your androgen receptors will also benefit.

I'm on about 6-7 per day, and literally do nothing else beside this forum, random YouTube shit, and a bit of God of War. Need to change

Yh but listen, if he went from 15 to 1 per month then you can do it too.

You start to feel more confident, thicker hair, have time for more showers, less depressed and end up doing all you have to and get out of your comfort zone.

Most fighters and lots of athletes do no fap before major events. It’s a long lasting practice.
Just because we don’t know why it’s done or what the science behind it exactly is today doesn’t mean that there is no merit to it
