You will gain weight from that. You're eating in an overwhelming surplus which is going to cause your body to store the extra calories as fat, whereas it would be used as energy more effectively if you ate consistently throughout the week.

You might lose a bit of weight throughout the week, eating in a 7,000 calorie deficit in theory would net you 2lbs of actual weight loss (not water weight), but your metabolism would fluctuate, and the excess calories on the 8th day will just be turned into fat.

This is a stupid way to eat, it's just a sure-fire way of fucking your body composition.
