Ive legit been in a 1000-calorie deficit with 0 hunger at all; it's easy

I am in a 1200 deficit and I'm not hungry I just drink water and it kills my hunger

are you tracking your calories properly pretty unlikely ur not hungry in a 1200 deficit unless ur on something

I'm counting my calories perfectly and just been living off diet sodas, protein shakes, and supplements (5'11, 170 lbs., btw like 20% BF). I just dont feel all that much hunger, but definitely low energy, though.

are you working out? i was the same tbh not much hunger but at night it felt like i was dying

yeah I'm tracking them and maybe I don't feel hungry cuz I don't move and rot on my bed all the time but I've been doing cardio for a few days and when I do it I feel hungry

i guess that could be normal just make sure to track small stuff like oils and shit too

What should I eat if I'm malnourished?
if your trying to gain weight then calorie dense shit like make a shake with peanut butter bananas and add some olive oil cause why not make get like 1.2g of protein per lb you weigh .4g of fat atleast and any extra calories to carbs
 
Guide on how not to feel hungry with any deficiency: stop eating sugar, drinking coffee, eating bread
