Ofcourse. 95% of what's in the supermarket is slop/slave food. Most of the population doesn't even know what a macro/micronutrient is. They barely know about muh carbs, muh proteenz,, muh fatz. Total slaves to their jewish masters. it's getting harder and harder to obtain real food these days, it's all sprayed/infected with various harmful things.

Bro the best thing for health is if you count calories and also think critically on if the food you're eating is bad(ultraprocessed,low in nutrients) or good (barely processed, nutrient dense) once you start thinking like that it become much easier to control your weight

Fun fact: the fda didn’t know fats were ok for us so they marketed carbs as a competitor but carbs caused a massive weight inflation and letting all these new foods in caused that too so they unknowingly killed thousands of Americans but people still go to them for food advice

most people have no clue what their tdee is, i have seen redditors claim they need 4000-5000 calories daily or else they lose weight, peak delusion no one has that tdee besides super obese people

If you put your statistics in a calculator you can get a rough estimate of your TDEE which works for a lot of people

yeah and it’s usually almost always 2000 to 2500, if someone has 3500+ they’re either obese or extremely active
