I never track my cals because its a useless thing to do but I wanted to test it out just for 1 week
So the average amount of cals I ate per day in 7 days was 6,230
At the start of the week my weight was between 168-172 and end of the week its the exact same weight range
And I've been eating the same amount for months now and not gaining weight
So yeah, cals are fake @asdvek
