There's no real and right measurement on development all this years but I'm pretty sure there's but they gatekeep it.
But if you have great DNA of genetic lottery then yes no matter you'll do you'll be good looking but diet also plays a big part look at modern skulls an compare them to 50s-60s skulls even this 70 years gap has insane differences imagine know the next 70 years hiw the skulls will be this is due to bad hormones(so basically now but bad development) due to the quality of food but yeah raw meat and that will help to get some few mm on maxilla like 2mm at max and a little more bonemass but again hormones is more important but you can't have good hormones forever without a good natural diet
