I took some pills called flatter me by HUM and some other blue bottle pill thing and I think those couldve helped me look leaner because I lost some of my lower back fat. or maybe its the lower back workouts I've been doing recently idk
I saw some girl talk about it and she went on and on about it
maybe try that?
