Can a deviated septum contribute to asymmetrical craniofacial development

One side of my face is noticeably wider and more defined than the other. Just wondering if this could be due to a deviated septum

midline deviation caused by an underlying assymetry in the facial skeleton, most likely maxillary

not the other way around

Is Invisalign or some sort of braces the solution im looking for or js pure cope
