I have naturally wide shoulders but everything else about me is low-medium T I don’t think shoulders are related to T

That's a really broad question. there's no doubt in my mind that there is some fat people out there that are very high T. you would always have the unusual. even tho i don't think that's a really rare as fuck thing. but most likely not most of the time.
