Can a good front make up for a terrible side profile?

I literally feel suicidal whenever I see the side of my face. It really shows off my lack of forward growth which isn't really visible on the front of my face. My chin doesn't even reach the bottom of my lip.
I'm a teenage NEET with no money for any surgeries for the foreseeable future.
